chicken from the portugeuse restaurant. they were on 'the best thing i ever ate' for this chicken, and it is amazing. it's cooked over charcoal, the skin is amazing.
yep. it really was omg chicken. plus a whiole chicken with all that fries and rice for 10 bucks-easily feeds 2. they spatchcock the chicken, then marinate it, place it in a cage that rotates over a big charcoal fire. definitely butter salt and pepper, but something else i couldn't place. the skin was sooooo yummy crisp and buttery-can't stop craving it. def worth a drive (but maybe not from florida)
